The Community Foundation will use this page to list resources we learn about that may be beneficial to nonprofits in our community. This list is not all-inclusive. Indiana Humanities
Indiana Humanities oversees a competitive grants program that awards funding to Indiana nonprofit organizations, schools, and other institutions. You can review information regarding application deadlines and requirements at the link above. is a source of invaluable information from experts in the field who have extensive experience in such operations as starting a nonprofit, choosing a board, retaining volunteers and fundraising.  

Nonprofit Lending Library

Books will be available on a first come, first served basis to employees and board members of local nonprofit organizations. Loans will be offered for 30 days. Please return books in a timely fashion so that others may have an opportunity to read them, too.

Books can be picked up and returned from The Community Foundation Office at 201 E. Jackson Street, Muncie, IN. Please contact Kallie Sulanke, Community Engagement Officer, at 765-747-7181 or with questions.
